Combustion Control Specialties (CCS) was founded in 1992, providing instrumentation and control field service to commercial, industrial and institutional customers primarily in South Louisiana and Mississippi.

Owned and operated by David and Sheila Burge, the business was incorporated as CCS Industrial Sales, Inc. in June 1994. As a sales organization, CCS offered hot water and steam boilers as well as all ancillary equipment and controls.

Today we are known simply as CCS. Headquartered in Picayune, Mississippi, we are located on the south Louisiana/Mississippi border, one hour north of New Orleans.

Our staff is dedicated to providing the best customer service, competitive pricing, and superior delivery times on the highest-quality parts and equipment available.

CCS provides the latest technology in steam and hot water production and distribution systems to our customers, resellers and mechanical contractors. The company has three divisions:

1. Part Sales
Competitive pricing and on-shelf availability of valves, gaskets and controls to assist our customers in the upkeep of their existing equipment. Please click through our CCS Products listing for full details on our product lines.

2. Bid - Spec
Seeking out both private and public new mechanical equipment bids. We are active members of the Construction Industry Association of New Orleans. We also subscribe to the Daily Journal of Commerce as well as FW Dodge. Our goal is to assist you in providing a competitive bid to the end user as well as being a "one-stop" source for all of your mechanical needs.

3. Technical Support
Installation, Startup and Troubleshooting support of new equipment as well as engineering assistance in upgrade of obsolete controls and equipment.
